Standard Shipping Policy
MotoProHQ, LLC allows customers to choose postal carrier providers at carrier prices. Products ship Monday - Friday, the business day following the receipt of an order. Saturday and Sunday orders will ship out first thing Monday. Orders typically ship via USPS or UPS.
Standard Return Policy
Due to the size, weight and complexity of our products, we do offer returns for a full refund less shipping. When purchased, regional flat rate shipping is applied and MotoProHQ picks up the balance with UPS according to your location. When processing a return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. To receive the original purchase price, the product must not be used, damaged or scratched and all parts accounted for. Once MotoProHQ receives the product, we will refund your purchase amount less shipping. If the product has been used or assembled and is not immediately re-sellable, we will provide a refund amount less shipping and less a 10% reconditioning fee.Repack the product as close to the originally packaged formation as possible. Parts can easily scratch other parts if not packed properly. Be sure to use the provided paper and foam. Then, add more paper or filler to the box to avoid damages. When shaken, the box should not rattle if properly packed.
